our gig in poznan went terrible. we were scheduled on 11 p.m., but there were so many delays that we started around 2 a.m. without any rehearsal (for the last time in my life, I promise!) so it came out that due to the factor x we have very loud low noise coming out of PA system - not from our mixing desk. it took the PA guys 15 minutes to fix it. by this time the part of the audience got very disappointed and pissed off. you know how do you feel when you hear 15 minutes of low broom at 2 a.m. then we started our set and I felt something is wrong with the sound. some tracks (wave based) were ok, while the others (where drummachine was setting the rythm) were almost unrecognizeable. I realized that there is NO SNARE DRUM, no sound from Korg, no sound from Arp. fortunately there were not so many people to witness our misfortune. the snare reappeared when i changed the plug. Korg and Arp remained silent.
the place was beautiful: the museum of contemporary art ‘Inner Spaces” in Poznan is located in huge, high, empty, old underground cellars / fortifications.
(0×43 on visuals managed to insult local feminists by including some bdsm and porn flicks into his set. thsi is so normal, when we want to make people remember we must insult them. they seem not to pay any attention to nice stuff at all)
the organizators were extremaly friendly and been great hosts for our trio. 3 sisters, m0m & dad, whole family engaged in organization of MASCHINENgeSCHREI II
pity we did not repay with quality performance. fuck.
